Metcam provides world class sheet metal fabrication to its customers by combining advanced equipment together with sophisticated systems and processes. Within our 100,000 square foot facility we operate some of the world’s most respected names in precision equipment -- with all major machines having CNC operation. The fast production cycle times we achieve are in part a result of how we integrate this equipment and our processes. For example, by linking CAD solid modeling with computer assisted manufacturing (CAM) on our punches, lasers, and press brakes we are able to achieve shorter lead-times for the production of parts, as well as having fewer opportunities for error. This results in fast and accurate first article and production runs, conforming to our customer’s exacting specifications. Our broad range of sheet metal fabrication capabilities encompasses laser cutting, punching, stamping, deburring, forming, hardware insertion, machining, and more.
